There are two options for enrolling in the e-learning program or any upcoming live webinar. One way is to simply download and print the Enrollment Form and Licensing Agreement and mail or fax to our address listed on the form. Once we process your payment, you'll receive confirmation of enrollment (and access information for the e-learning program).
