An e-Learning Program for Parents of Children Who Have Special Needs

There are two options for enrolling in the e-learning program. One way is to simply download and print the Registration Form and Licensing Agreement and mail or fax to our address listed on the form. Once we process your payment, you'll receive confirmation of enrollment (and access information for the e-learning program).

You can also complete the online registration form below and click the SUBMIT button to be taken to the Payment Options page to either pay online via credit card and get immediate e-learning program access, or get the mailing address for sending in your enrollment fee if applicable.
